I have been having a problem with my emails

I noticed that I was not getting a response to my sent emails. I just sent my son an email and if you hit reply the response is directed to a different, fake, account. The reply goes to *****@mnoin.com. My email address is *****@yahoo.com. What can I do to correct this?

Could you please follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings Image of the Settings icon.
  2. Click More Settings.
  3. Click Mailboxes.
  4. Click the primary mailbox account.
  5. Under Forwarding, locate the Forwarding Address and click Remove.
  6. Click Save.

Do you see the Settings icon?
It supposed to look like this:
when I hit that I get a black screen with a small square with a white dot in the middle.

Noted. Can you try this:

  1. Click the Settings icon. | click More Settings .
  2. Click Mailboxes.
  3. Click the More icon. next to "Send-only email address."
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the send-only email address (your current yahoo email)
  6. Click Verify.
  7. Open the email and follow the instructions to verify the address.

I see the mnion email under ADD. If I enter my correct email it tells me it already exist

Remove it, please, and after that re-add it.

Got it. In this case, can I ask you to log out of your email box, log back in and send the email to your son again? Check, if the issue is still there.

Sign out and signed back in. If I try to send an email it tells me the reply to address set on your account is unverified

  3. Select the email address you want to change the reply-to address for.
  4. Select a new address from the "Reply-to address" menu .
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

It looks like everything works correctly now. Just sent email to my son and all is well. Many thanks for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.
