I have an old iPad that I have not used in several years

I want to start using it again. I have a strong wifi signal, but can't reach any websites. Is there a setting I've missed? (The iPadworks fine otherwise.)

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

Do you have the latest iPadOS installed on your device?
