I have 2 roku on 2 different tvs one is working fine not outher and reset now can’t do nothing with remote

Remote does not take batteries

On the back side of your remote should be a button and the status light right above it.
You have to reboot your Roku TV by unplugging it for a minute, then turn it on and press&hold that button on the back side of the remote for approx 10 seconds till you see the "Pairing remote" message on your TV.
