  1. Tap the Settings icon on your phone’s home screen.
  2. Tap email + accounts in the settings menu.
  3. Tap add an account.
  4. Tap on AOL. If you cannot find AOL in the list, tap other account.
  5. Type in your AOL email address and password.
  6. Tap sign in.

Customer: It says aol is already added but I am still not receiving messages

Christine Tomas: Could you please sign out from your aol account on your iPhone and then sign back in?

Customer: ok now what

Christine Tomas: Have you signed back into your aol account with a new password?

Customer: im working on it

Christine Tomas: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Christine Tomas: Tap the AOL email account, and tap Delete Account.
Christine Tomas: Is everything clear with the provided instruction?
