I change ink and now am getting error code 3 on my envy 6000e series

Short summary:

  1. Check for any paper jams in the carriage path of your Envy 6000e series printer. If there are any jammed papers, remove them carefully.
  2. If there are no paper jams, or once you have removed any jams you found, try resetting the printer by turning it off and on again. To do this, unplug the printer from the power outlet and wait for a few seconds before plugging it back in.
  3. Turn on the printer and check if the error code has disappeared. If the printer is working normally, your issue is resolved.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
An E3 error indicates a carriage jam. Clear the carriage path of any jammed paper, or reset the printer if the carriage has no jammed paper.
