Nice to meet you, *****!
What errors do you see? If you see some.

Customer Replay

It says I have to have a profit app installed on phone in order to Bluetooth. I installed it but I cannot get it to connect. It says it needs a dupl code or something like that on my phone
It's connected to the app but not my phone

Could you, please, send me a screenshot of what you see within the app, *****?
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

Why do you think it's not paired?

Customer Replay

It will ring on my watch but will not let me answer through the watch.

Are you sure your watches support this feature?

Could you give me a link to this model, please?

Customer Replay

Yesterday when I scanned through my Bluetooth on my phone it found the device but now it won't. None of that in the picture is on my watch.
I bought it off of wish so where would the link be

Could you please find the brand and model name on the watch's box?

Please, go to the 'Set' tab and select 'Bind devices ...'

Customer Replay

What would bind devices be located

Sorry, what do you mean?

Customer Replay

You said bind devices. Did you mean find

Yes, you need to go to the Set tab within the app and select 'Bind devices ...'
Then you should tap on your watch's name when it finds it
Is everything clear with the provided instruction, *****?

Customer Replay

It doesn't say my my watch info it only vibrates through my watch
It's connected to the app but not my actual phone Bluetooth

It should be connected to the app, *****
That's how they work

Customer Replay

Ok so I can't actually have a phone conversation or anything on it

Regarding talking on the phone via your watch, I don't think this model supports this feature, you can only manage your calls using it

Customer Replay

Ok
