Okay, could you please check the ink level on the printer?

on/off button is flashing, as is return button, home button, question button and wifi signal

There is a chance that some part of your printer is malfunctioning

In that case, you need to go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor
There you will need to "HP Print and Scan Doctor" app for your computer
After you install it, run the program and it will start diagnostics of your printer

Clear and am doing it now
app is installed, it found printer but failed to communitcate, asking to cycle router which i can do but also asking to cycle printer which i cannot

To cycle the printer you just need to unplug it for few minutes
Try cycling both printer and router and then try running the app again
