An Er/04, Er/05, or Er/06 error message on your device indicates a paper jam.
Find and clear the printer of any jammed paper.
If you can not find any jammed paper, please let me know.
I found the paper and removed need to get the cartridge back in.
got it it's now working. Did not see the paper jam before when I looked. Thank you.
