HP desk jet 4132E and I have a flashing light on the information button that will not stop and my printer will not print

It has a problem with my account with HP instant inc I owed $5 they quit using prepaid bank account coho has a prepaid credit card as their debit cards so that card guard shut off cause I didn't even accept my bank and finally got the $5 paid and when it got paid then the light kept flashing and then there was all of a sudden and a problem or something

Let's try to reset the printers power supply:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Before continuing, wait until the printer is idle and silent.
  • Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the printer. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, leave it connected.
  • With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.

Please let me know once it is done, so that we can proceed.

Now, please:

  • Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
  • Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically make it.
  • It is possible that the printer goes through a warm-up cycle. It is also possible that the printer lights blink and the carriage moves.
  • Wait until the preheat cycle and until the printer is idle and silent before continuing.

Please let me know once it is done.

  • Try to print.
