What troubleshooting have you done with your iMac Pro so far?
Try to reset password,but no success?

What happened when you tried to do the password recovery?
Pressed command & R then power button Reset?
And what was the result?
Went back enter password but just did nothing?

Let's try to start up from macOS Recovery:
O.K. Gear icon clicked!

Do click restore from time machine,or reinstall masOs venture or disk ulitiy?
From the Utilities menu in the menu bar, choose Terminal.
In terminal!
Could you please in the Terminal window, type resetpassword, then press Return to open the Reset Password assistant?
