no i couldn't update the app & a zoom support email said I should uninstall the app and then download it but i don't know how to do that. the original error code I got with the update was 10004. Also I have an account # because I want access to that account

the meeting i needed to connect too is already finished which is why I had to find a way to solve my update problem.
