How do i increase the color and the black white when i print

1. Please, open the app that you are using to print, and click the File menu.
2. Click Print. The Print dialog box opens.
3. Make sure that the name of the HP printer you are using is displayed in the printer
   Name box. If necessary, use the drop-down list to select your printer.
4. Click the Properties button. The Properties dialog box opens.

Could I ask you to open the app that you used to use to print files? like Word app
And open any file to print
