Could you, please follow the instructions I am going to send you, and let me know if any of the steps are not quite clear?
I'll be happy to clarify them to you!
1. Click the Start Menu.
2. Click Network Connections.
3. Click Network and Sharing Center.
4. Click on the Wireless network icon.
5. Click Wireless Properties.
6. Open the Security Tab.
7. Check Show characters to make the network security key visible.
