Okay, since there are no instructions to factory reset it, I need to know what issue do you have with it.
Why do you need to reset it?

Because when i turn it on it doesnt work the way it should its just spinning around and doesnt go back to charger station, i purchased it from a friend so its not completely new but i know its not supposed to be like that

It should come back to recharge station.

It worked now, but earlier it just spinned

I think it was in another type of cleaning.
Now press Auto on your remote.
It should start Auto cleaning.

Now it is working... it didnt earlier today and i couldnt get the app eather earlier

Maybe you should restart it and try to send home before trying other ways.
