Because when i turn it on it doesnt work the way it should its just spinning around and doesnt go back to charger station, i purchased it from a friend so its not completely new but i know its not supposed to be like that

It worked now, but earlier it just spinned
I think it was in another type of cleaning.
Now press Auto on your remote.

Maybe you should restart it and try to send home before trying other ways.
