How do I bake a potato in my Panasonic microwave?

I just bought a new Panasonic microwave, model NN-CD87KS and am having trouble understanding the manual, especially on how to bake a potato. Sounds kind of simple but I can't figure out from the manual how I'm supposed to do it
To cook baked Potato,
6 - 8 oz. (each 165 - 225 g)
You have to select: Power - 800W
Time 5-8 min.
Pierce each potato with a fork 6 times spacing around the surface. Place potato or potatoes around the edge of paper-towel-lined glass tray (Turntable), at least 1 inc (2.5 cm) apart. Do not cover. Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking.
