How can I get the main unit to charge?

The main unit won’t charge. The other phonesall say no power to main unit.

Yes, they were all in the box with the main unit.
Alright, grab a battery from the working unit and try swaping it in with the one in faulty unit
It the device works it's just the battery

themain unit says supplying power to base and the other one shows menu charge 7h. Also both units show the battery signal is flashing.
