First, go to the Home dashboard

Then press the ‘Home’ button on your TV remote 5 times
Press the ‘Up arrow’ ⬆️ button on your remote once
Press the ‘Rewind’ ⏪ button twice
Finally, press the ‘Fast forward’⏩ button twice
Done
Now restart the TV.
