I see. Are you trying to a setup internet connection with your newly purchased AC4000 router?

No, it is years old and now seems to have this problem

I see. It is possible that there are issues on your internet provider's end. Did you try contacting them?

I do not think that is problem since neighbor with same provider is fine

Understood, however, there may be a problem with the cable wiring and this may lead to a lack of signal.
Could you please double check that the issue is not on your service provider's end?

I have set this up years ago and tp link has no info on the lights nor the buttons on front
