Yes. I’ve already tried to power it off and recover it from ITunes but it keeps going back to the disabled screen.

To enter the DFU mode, please do next:
1. Connect the smartphone to the computer using a cable.
2. Turn off the iPhone.
3. When the screen goes out, hold down the power button for 3 seconds.
4. Then hold down the Home button, while continuing to hold down the power button.
5. After 10 seconds, release the power button and continue to hold the Home button for another 5 seconds.
The black screen of the smartphone will indicate the entrance to DFU. The apple on the screen signals the start of iOS download, you will have to repeat the procedure again.

Got it, please make sure you have the latest iTunes version, then reboot the computer, open iTunes and try again with DFU instructions.
