You have Windows 10 OS, right?

Customer Replay

I have upgraded to Windows 11

Got you. Could you provide more info about the issue in general? When did the issue appear?

Customer Replay

The problem began yesterday after an automatic Windows update. Before that, everything was ok. Now I can't get downloads to open.

I see
What happens when you try to download it?

Customer Replay

The download window in the upper right-hand corner comes uo, the file downloads somewhere, but when it says to 'open' nothing happens

Please go to your downloads folder
Do you know how to locate it?

Customer Replay

yes

Alright, there you can locate the downloaded file, *****

Customer Replay

Yes, the file is listed in the downloads file, but when I click on it, a pop-up box comes up that says"the app your trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app"

Try this instruction to get rid of this
Click the Start button and then click the gear icon to open the Settings app. Next, choose the Apps category. On the right side, click the “Choose where to get apps” drop-down list and change it from “The Microsoft Store only I do not get choose where to get apps list
Please follow the instruction above to remove the warning so we could install the driver

Customer Replay

I think we have it. I was able to download the drivers from epson, and printed a test page. let me try it on word file to see if it will print. Hold on....

Take your time

Customer Replay

OK, I think we have it. The printer worked on an old Word file
