I have friends in Ukraine, fighting in the Donetsk area. They asked me if it is possible to provide them a Starlink equipment. Equipment could be delivered in Poland and I will deliver in Ukraine. Payment for the equipment and the monthly payment are for me. Is it possible to buy the equipment in Poland and use it in Ukraine?

Starlink can only be used within the same continent as the registered Service Address. If you use Starlink in a foreign country for more than two months, you will be required to move your registered service address to your new location or purchase an additional Starlink to maintain service

I tried to buy one for Ukraine on your website but it seems it is not possible, I only can make a reservation. But there is a lot of communication in newspapers and tv about Starlink in Ukraine. How can I provide one to my friends?

In this case try to download the Starlink app, and create a ticket request to the company, to be sure that it will be working properly.

You need to be logged in to your Starlink account on the website or app to access the ticket system. Also, pre-order accounts are not able to create tickets.
