It seems like a voice repeat was activated on your Roku.
Please follow the instructions to turn the voice repeat off:
1. Go to the Home menu
2. Scroll down to Settings
3. Select Accessibility > Screen reader.
4. Choose the “Off” setting.

Okay, we can try another way to turn that option off. Don't worry, I will instruct you.
A second way of disabling the screen reader is by digging into Roku’s Accessibility menu.
From the Home menu, scroll down to Settings, then select Accessibility > Screen reader. Choose the “Off” setting and get ready for some peace and quiet.
