When I use Zoom, others can hear me but I cannot hear them

his only started happening this week. I obviously must have something wrong on my laptop (Mac Pro), so I hope you can help me.

Please, click the Sound control in the menu bar or Control Center, then drag the slider to adjust the volume

From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.

Click Sound.
Click the Output tab, then select the built-in speakers.
If the Output volume slider is set low, move the slider to the right and test again.
If the Mute checkbox is selected, deselect it and test again.
