This is the first time that I was signing in to this meeting. Tell me what I'm doing wrong. On the old computer that a former employee used to attend the meetingl

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

I have two google accounts and recently changed the passcodes on both. However ever time I try to sign into my business account it has the same passcode as my personal account so I chaange it several times then I get in. This happened this time - took a couple of times

Customer Replay

Thank you for the additional information. Could you please tell me if you tried resetting the password for your own account?

Customer Replay

No I did not- do you mean the Goggle account
I changed all my passwords when I dismissed this employee. The computer he used still has his email on it and I have been locked out of many of the business files - don't know about Zoom

Awesome!
Here's how you can change your Zoom name:
Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
Click Profile.
Note: You can also click My Profile, which will open a new web browser window where you can edit your name in the Zoom web portal.
Click Edit My Profile.
A new web browser window will appear, directing you to the Zoom web portal.

Customer Replay

Maybe thats where I can get rid of exemployees name???? would rather talk to someone or you to make sure it is done. If need to close account open another will do - all my work is through a court system and highly private - one of the reasons he is an ex employee.

I totally understand your concern. I provided the instructions on how to change your name above
Here's how you can also set up 2-factor authentication for your account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin at https://zoom.us/signin#/login
  2. In the navigation menu, click Advanced then Security.
  3. Under Security, click the Sign in with Two-Factor Authentication toggle to enable or disable it.
  4. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
