The Fitbit watch displays 98% when disconnected or reconnected to the charger but won't stay on to display the time or anything else.

yes it does for a second and then turns black

I've pressed the face's top and bottom and both left and right sides, but nothing happens.

2. The tracker restarts when you see that icon or logo, and the Fitbit vibrates.
