The TV I purchased on 23/10/22 has stopped working completely.
So it does not turn on, or what happens?
Nothing happens. The red pilot light has disappeared and there is absolutely nothing,

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I have checked the powder source and other items work when plugged into the same power point
Maybe you have the master power switch set to 'OFF'. This switch will be located either next to the power cable on the back of the TV, in the bottom right-hand corner of the TV, or under the right-hand side speaker.
Please ensure that you have this switch set to 'ON'. Please then try and turn your TV on.
I will try this now, you're a genius. It's all systems go. My neighbours cat must have bumped it when she was visiting the other day. Thank you for your help.
