The TV I purchased on 23/10/22 has stopped working completely.

I have checked the powder source and other items work when plugged into the same power point

Maybe you have the master power switch set to 'OFF'. This switch will be located either next to the power cable on the back of the TV, in the bottom right-hand corner of the TV, or under the right-hand side speaker.
Please ensure that you have this switch set to 'ON'. Please then try and turn your TV on.
