Just to double-check, do you have some issues with your mail? Did you forget your email login details?
I forgot my password. For some reason my phone is telling me to login for some update. I just need a new password I guess. Could you text it to my phone, I know how to use that.

I have an iPhone with Telus. And I have this iCloud email.

- Go to your telus.net Webmail
- Select Forgot? and follow the step-by-step instructions
- Enter your TELUS email address
- If you previously set up a recovery email method, a password reset link will be sent to you. Follow the step-by-step instructions
- If you previously set up a recovery mobile phone number, a passcode will be sent to your phone. Follow the step-by-step instructions
- Create a new password
And for your iCloud: Tap Passwords & Security > Reset Apple ID password > Get Started. Tap "A different Apple ID." Enter your Apple ID and follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.
