Password problem Linksys Velops

i have a velops system and i have lost the password to it. my password i have does not work

Please proceed with a following instructions:

  1. Connect your mobile device to your router's Wi-Fi then open the Linksys app

Btw, *****, what phone do you have? iOS or Android?

  1. For Android, tap Log in.
  2. For Android, tap Use Router Password
  3. Tap Reset password and enter the five-digit recovery code located on the product label shown at the bottom of ANY of the nodes that are part of your network
  4. Tap Continue.
  5. Enter a new admin password and an optional password hint.

Once done, tap Submit.
Wait until settings have been applied.
You will then be redirected to the dashboard.

after putting in the key code from the bottom of the router. the router is working but just added a tv and the tv says my password is wrong
cant log in to the app on my phone

Please make sure you entered the correct five-digit recovery code

put the number *****. thats the numbere on the bottom of the node right near to my computer.
