First, make sure that your power cable is connected properly and plugged in.
If it still won't turn on, remove the power cable for five seconds, and then plug it back in.
If that fails then you will have to reset your Roku device using the reset button.

If you are powering your Rokus by plugging them into the USB ports on your tvs, plug them directly into house power using the USB adapter that came with it.

1. Locate the pinhole Reset button on the back of your TV, near the antenna, HDMI, and audio connections.
2. Using a straightened paperclip Let me know when you are done.
