Need help to pay for another month on spypoint, can i call to do that need phone number

The reset date of the photo transmission plan is unique per camera, activated in your account. The reset date is based on the date you purchased your plan. To know which date your plan resets:
Open the SPYPOINT mobile app > Cameras > Select Plans for the relevant camera in your account > verify the Ends date under auto-renewal.

Alright, I see, I'm trying to check if Spypoint's subscription charges you automatically or you have to pay for it yourself
You can check if auto-renewal is turned on in your account. To do that, you can go through these steps:

  1. Login to your SPYPOINT account.

What options or buttons do you see there except for the date of the next billing?
If there is a next billing date actually, I assume that you will be billed for your Spypoint subscription automatically and will not have to pay manually for it
