The first step I recommend is to power cycle the TV.
Unplug the power cord from the outlet or the wall (whichever is more accessible).
Hold the power button on the side of the TV down for 3-5 seconds.
Plug the TV's power cord back in, and power on the TV.

Which button is the power, I can t tell and TV doesn't pull out
T here are 3 buttons. 2 small and one big in the middle of them 2 small ones

It is usually at the middle point of the lower panel of your TV. Check the the left and right sides and the top of your TV, some TVs have power buttons there. It may be distinguishable by size, color, label, or a power symbol such as the one displayed here.
