no it’s not deactivated. Today when I woke up and went to my page it said that It was suspended, I disagreed and they told me they will review my account and will tell me the answer within 24 hours but I have really important messages to answer

Unfortunately, you can't speed up that process, you'd have to wait for Instagram to respond
