Just switching everything off and back on again. Put HP disk in and will not download.
Got it. So you can make copies, but can't print, right?

correct. Tried connecting internet and by cable. Disk just says class not registered.

I did not. Have just done it and reset printer as default and its working. Many thanks.
In the software application you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print.
The Print window opens.
