I got you, let us try to reset your Network settings.
Press the Home button on the remote and navigate over to Settings.
Under Settings, select System > Advanced System Settings > Network Connection Reset.
Now select Reset Connection and press the OK button.
Your Hisense Roku TV will reboot and it will now forget all Wi-Fi networks it has ever connected to.

After we did that you can find a login and password to your router at the bottom of your router.
You need to find a little hole in the back of your router, And press on it with a paper clip for a 10 sec
