Let us try to reset your router then.

We did this with the 5 minute wait didn't we?

We just restart your router
Now we need to reset it to default settings.

Customer Replay

How

author

After we did that you can find a login and password to your router at the bottom of your router.
You need to find a little hole in the back of your router, And press on it with a paper clip for a 10 sec

Customer Replay

Okay this newer router has a resetting button but no little hole

author

Could you tell me the model of your router?

Customer Replay

Have you found the default login and password on your router?

Yes. That's what we have been using this whole time

author

Just to be sure, could you try to connect TV to Wi-Fi again as we do before?

Customer Replay

Typing now

author

Take your time

Customer Replay

Let us try to change DHCP settings manually
Press the Menu button on the remote.
Select Network.
Go to Manual Setup.
Toggle DHCP on if it was off or off if it was on.
Back out of the settings page.
