My Google business is not letting me advertise

Here is the way to do it:

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account at ads.google.com.
  2. Click on the "Tools & Settings" icon in the upper right corner of the
    page.
  3. Select "Billing & Payments" from the dropdown menu.
