Can you check the following methods step by step, please:

  1. Restart both devices: Turn off both the Samsung device and the Fitbit watch, wait for a few seconds, and then turn them on again.
  2. Restart Bluetooth settings: turn off and turn on again. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and that they are in pairing mode.
  3. Clear Bluetooth cache: On the Samsung device, go to "Settings" > "Connections" > "Bluetooth" and tap on the gear icon next to the Fitbit device. Then, tap on "Unpair." After that, restart both devices and try to pair them again.
