Then I got this box

And it doesn't close?

Customer Replay

No

I'm afraid you will need to restart your computer.
And afterwards I would suggest you delete that app off your computer.

Customer Replay

It is Over the Uninstall program. Is there anyway to go through that?

You can try to press "ALT" and press "TAB" at the same time to switch between windows.

Customer Replay

That didn’t do anything

Hold ALT and press TAB
And to switch between different windows you need to press TAB again

Customer Replay

I have saved the program that I needed to. Now do I follow the uninstall directions

Yes.
Please restart your computer.
So we can get rid of the program.

Customer Replay

It is in the process.

I am back in with something on my screen which indicates one launch isn’t your default browser asking if I want to set it as a default

No
Don't.
Please follow these instructions:

  • Open the Start menu by clicking the Start button.
  • Type “uninstall” on your keyboard.
  • In the results, under “Best match”, click “Add or remove programs”.
  • In the newly opened window, scroll downwards until you find OneLaunch.
  • Click OneLaunch, then click “Uninstall”, then click the new “Uninstall” option.
  • The start menu is the "Windows" icon on the bottom left of your screen.

Customer Replay

I’m sorry, but I don’t know where the start button is

Do you have windows 10?

Customer Replay

I think so

Okay.
Start menu is the "Windows" icon on the bottom left of your screen.

Customer Replay

I’m following your instructions looking for best match at this time

Okay.
Let's do something a bit easier.

  • "RIGHT CLICK" on your Windows menu.
  • And then a list will come up.
  • Choose the top one.
Customer Replay

Ol

Okay.

  • Now you should see a small search bar in the middle.
  • Please type "OneLaunch" in it.
  • Then there should be an "uninstall" button.
Customer Replay

I do not see a search bar unless you mean the one in the middle of the screen that says search this list

Customer Replay

I do I click on the icon that says one launch 5.5.4

  • You need to click on it once
  • And then select "uninstall"
Customer Replay

It says the one launch uninstall is complete it does say some elements could not be removed. These can be removed manually

Could you please send me a screenshot?

Customer Replay

I’m sorry. I clicked on the uninstall and the box went away. Now when one launch is in the search it just says we couldn’t find anything to show here double check your search criteria

Okay.
That is fine.
The program should be uninstalled.
You will not get that error anymore.
Is there anything else I can do for you today?

Customer Replay

Thank you so very much for your help. I can’t thank you enough. Have a blessed day.
