Tap and pull down from the top of the screen. -> Tap "Airplane Mode" (airplane icon)

Turn Airplane mode off, and please try to access the store

Got it, please follow this: press and hold the power button on your Kindle for 40 seconds.
Do not press any buttons after these 40 seconds and wait for a minute for your Kindle to power back up.
This will fully reboot your device

  2. Select All Settings or Settings, then Wi-Fi & Bluetooth or Wireless.
  3. Select Wi-Fi Networks


From "Wi-Fi Networks" please disconnect from your current network

Good, do you see an option to "Deregister" device? That will remove your account from device but after that we should log into it back with your account
If yes, please select "Deregister"
