I've had my fitbit for a few months

It worked fine for the first few week. I kept it charged butfor the past month so i cant get it to connect with my iPhone 13. My phone bluetooth connects with my other electronics fine.

To update your device:

  • With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  • Tap the Today tab then your profile picture then your device image.
  • Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.

I just went to settings and it said connection unsuccessful. The versa 3 looks like there's no power but I just charged it yesterdayfor several hours.
it just flashed 0% charge. I'll plug it in.

Try this, please:

  • Remove the Bluetooth connection between your iPhone and your Fitbit device:
  • On your phone, go to Settings then Bluetooth then the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit
    the device then Forget This Device
  • Immediately, a message appears asking you to allow your device to display your iPhone notifications. Tap Allow.
  • Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. A message appears asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone.
  • Tap Pair to approve the request.

Try to unplug it and plug it in again.

A fully-charged Versa 3 has a battery life of 6+ days.
Just check how long it holds a charge
So it's connected now, right?

You will need to change the battery then, but hope everything would be okay.
