I’ve had my fitbit for a few months

It worked fine for the first few week. I kept it charged butfor the past month so i cant get it to connect with my iPhone 13. My phone bluetooth connects with my other electronics fine.

Please let me know if your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS?

Sometimes it won't work with older versions if installed

To update your device:
With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
Tap the Today tab then your profile picture then your device image.
Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.

Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen, tap Remove App, then tap Delete App to delete it from iPhone.

I just went to settings and it said connection unsuccessful. The versa 3 looks like there's no power but I just charged it yesterdayfor several hours.
it just flashed 0% charge. I'll plug it in.

Maybe it's because of a battery problem. I think the device battery should not have been discharged so quickly

Try this, please:
Remove the Bluetooth connection between your iPhone and your Fitbit device:
On your phone, go to Settings then Bluetooth then the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit
device then Forget This Device
Immediately, a message appears asking you to allow your device to display your iPhone notifications. Tap Allow.
Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. A message appears asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone.
Tap Pair to approve the request.

A fully-charged Versa 3 has a battery life of 6+ days.
Just check how long it holds a charge

You will need to change the battery then, but hope everything would be okay.
