Have you tried to fix it by yourself?

1. Click on the Cricut Design Space icon in your system tray and select Quit Plugin.
2. End the CricutTaskbarApplication process in the Activity Monitor.
   - Select the Finder icon in your dock. Select Applications on the sidebar of the Finder window. In this folder, double-click to open the Utilities folder. Locate Activity Monitor and double-click to open it.
   - Locate CricutTaskbarApplication in the list of apps, select it by clicking on it once, and then click on the X in the upper left to force-quit the application.
3. Clear your browser history, cache, and cookies.
4. Re-launch Design Space through the Applications folder.

Can you try these steps and tell me if that helps?
Additionally, I have a couple of aces in my sleeve if that won't work.
