I want to cancel a $2.99 APPLE.com/Bill that I pay every month on my credit card

Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change. Tap See All Plans.
There you can find your subscriptions.

You are being charged because you have subscribed to an iCloud storage plan.
You can downgrade to the free 5GB storage plan.

You can change it to the smaller and free one. You can also change your card.

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping.
  2. If prompted, enter your Apple ID details to sign in.
  3. Tap Add Payment Method and fill in the necessary details to add a new payment method to your account.
  4. Tap an existing payment method to update the details for it.
