I switched my land line to xfinith and expanded my service

I was given a new box to install. I have two boxes behind my monitor. One is a small roughly square box about 1 inch thick, the other is larger irregular shape with several antenna attached. I do not know which this new box is to replace.

Short summary:

Replace the box without antennas by disconnecting power, removing cables, and connecting a new box.

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

I'm a bit disappointed with xfinity's landline service. The call quality has been inconsistent, and I've experienced a few dropped calls 😔

Does xfinity offer any additional features with their landline service?
