I see a recurring charnge from Apple for 39.95 since July.

I don't see this charge in any of my apple charges.

Sign in with your Apple ID.
A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a
family member.
To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date.

This is for hire care giver. Was supposed to get canceled after one month.

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com .
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
And here is how you can cancel the subscription:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
