Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
And here is how you can cancel the subscription:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
