Are you sure that you have back up? Otherwise all the data will be erased and this is the only way to unlock your phone

Please, use the following instructions, be aware that you might lost your data:

  1. Open your Icloud account from your Mac and loggin if required
  2. Once you are logged into iCloud, click the “Find iPhone” option.
  3. If the device is available on the list, select it to start unlocking. Click the ”Erase iPhone” option
  4. After inputting your Apple ID passcode, your device will be reset. You need to set it up again like a
    new iPhone.
