Please, use the following instructions, be aware that you might lost your data:
- Open your Icloud account from your Mac and loggin if required
- Once you are logged into iCloud, click the “Find iPhone” option.
- If the device is available on the list, select it to start unlocking. Click the ”Erase iPhone” option
- After inputting your Apple ID passcode, your device will be reset. You need to set it up again like a
new iPhone.
