I have receive 3 messages on my mobile from ***** regarding an estimate from Billing Department of Paypal (0142) of £600

I know nothing about this . Please can you help.

I have and there arn't any.

So, I've just checked the PayPal forum and it seems, that you're not the only person who got a message from *****
It seems like it's a scam, and when you call the number listed in this message, they'll ask to install some kind of software to gain access to your device and withdraw all of your money
So, John, don't worry about this messages, there won't be any charges on your PayPal account
Also, don't call this number, as they'll try to convenience you that they're the "real" PayPal agent
