I have just received a email from PayPal claiming someone has tried to access my account

and from bitcoin for the value of 399.00 it was not me

Short summary:

  1. Open your email application or website.
  2. Locate the suspicious email from the scammer.
  3. Forward the email to phishing@paypal.com.
  4. Delete the original scam email from your inbox.

Don't worry. You won't be charged with your PayPal account, *****. They are just terrible scammers.
I only ask you to forward this email to phishing@paypal.com.
PayPal will contact their email provider and would block them
