I have forgotten my Apple ID!

Do you have any apple devices where you are signed in to your Apple ID account?

On the device, where you are logged in:
Open the Settings
Then press on your name at the top of Settings.
The email address that you will see there is your Apple ID.

Do you want to reset the password to your Apple ID?

1. Go to iforgot.apple.com
2. Enter your Apple ID.
3. Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
4. Choose to answer your security questions, get an email, or enter your Recovery Key.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to reset your password.
