I got disconnected from the person I was talking to.

I have your phone service and it is not working. I have disconnected it from the wall and taken the battery out and neither one worked

When I got it and it was downloading I got a phone call and the download stopped

The phone is totally not working now. Earlier I had a dial tone. Now the little screen on the box is blaack

Please try to make a reset (on the back of the unit) for 3 seconds to turn the device off.
Remove the battery cover (on the bottom of the device).
Using a paper clip or other small tool, press and release the Reset button.
Replace the battery cover.
