1. Tap ‘Forgot your password?’
2. Then select how you would like to reset your password - via email
3. You should receive a password reset link via email to the *****@hotmail.com
4. Click the URL - if you cannot click the URL, please copy and paste the URL into your browser
5. Enter your new password
