Please follow these steps:

  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Under "Accounts," touch Google and then the account you want to add a payment method to.
  3. Touch the Menu icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Touch Remove account.


Let me know when it is done. After this, you will need to clear the cache of the Play Store and Google Pay.
